As BY BOE prepares to unveil our Fall Collection lookbook, we find it fitting to invite you into our studio.  Seeing where inspiration begins and styles are created gives a greater understanding of the BY BOE aesthetic, and we are so lucky to have our friend, designer Lotta Jansdotter, show our studio to you.

A self-trained artist, Lotta Jansdotter has much in common with BY BOE designer Annika Salame:  both hail from Sweden, studied interior design in NYC, + left their studies to pursue their true design dreams (in Brooklyn!).


In her gorgeous new book, Open Spaces, Lotta goes behind the scenes + shows us the studios of 24 artists from her favorite cities: Stockholm, Brooklyn, + Tokyo.  The beautiful pages bring the reader into the intimate workshops (+ living spaces!) of some of the world's most creative minds.
